Salsa Cycles Unveils Ti El Mariachi!

After some hubbub on the interwebs outed the bike early, Salsa officially unveiled a photo of their new 2010 Titanium El Mariachi. The bike will be geared only at this point, with a steel SS version on the way as well. The bikes will be US sourced, which is a return to some higher end offereing from them in the past. Lynesky will be building these particular bikes. I am a hug fan of the bead blasted graphics. It has the potential to be built into a stunningly understated bike. This really looks like it will be a winner for Salsa. More info as it's available, enjoy the photo for now.

Gears are the new single-speed. Just make sure the handlebars are compatible with big wheels and gears ;)

The first ti Salsa frames were built by Merlin.

It's true, Merlin made the first Ti Salsa frames. Mike, I'm guessing you know where one or two of those frames are.....
